American Dish Service approached Oliver Electric Construction and asked us to solve their problem of an outdated, under-lit, energy hogging lighting system. The result was a complete redesign and fixture layout for the 185,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The foot-candles were increased two-fold, occupancy sensors were used to eliminate unwanted energy waste, overall employee satisfaction was improved, project was designed and certified for Epact tax deductions with a staggering 80% reduction in lighting power density, over $4,000 per month in energy savings, and a project that pays for itself in less than 2 years!
