Baldwin Primary School

Friday, November 26th, 2010

Baldwin Primary is a 63,000 square foot K-3rd grade Educational Facility. The project was built during one of the harshest winters on record, and completed within a very compressed and expedited schedule. Despite numerous delays caused by the weather and factors outside the control of the Project team the students were able to start school on time and we were finally able to breathe a sigh of relief! One of our most recent and proudest accomplishments.

Midland Theatre

Friday, November 26th, 2010

Seating over 3,000 people The Midland Theater is now the premier live music venue in Kansas City and was a key part of the Cordish Company’s Power and Light District redevelopment of downtown Kansas City. Oliver Electric was instrumental in developing the innovative methods and means required for incorporating the addition of new utility services and integrating these within the Theater’s existing systems. The Oliver team was also responsible for producing innovative solutions for the introduction of modern technology and lighting systems within the existing structure. We are proud to have assisted with helping to keep and preserve the best of the 1927 original.
